Refund Policy

This policy applies to software subscriptions sold through our website via Paddle as Merchant of Record. Consulting engagements are governed by their individual contracts and are not covered by this policy.

Initial subscription

If the Software doesn't meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. Email info@raiden-numerics.com with your Paddle transaction ID (included in your purchase receipt).

Renewals

Subsequent monthly renewal payments are not eligible for refund. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; your licence keeps working until the end of the paid month.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from the Paddle customer portal linked in any of your invoices, or email us.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available:

  • For team, site, or enterprise contracts unless explicitly stated in the order form.
  • Where you have materially breached the Terms of Service (for example, circumventing the licensing mechanism or sharing licences beyond the purchased tier).
